The journey to Malý Berlín took him almost 20 working years. He set out on it from the center of the universe, which in his case is the village of Majcichov. He went through jobs, which he acquired with communication and organizational skills and especially knowledge of English, French and German. In the center, we threw all the annoying back-office paperwork and musical dramaturgy at him, and the manager of rentals and services makes use of his many years of experience. Now she is part of Fléda club production team where she also works as a fundraiser again. She also represents BACH and is involved in BATCH organisation.

Dan Sywala

Music journalist working in the ČT art, ČRo Jazz or Full Moon teams. He has been organizing The Music Digest listening programs for a long time in the Prague club Palác Akropolis and also travels abroad with thematic programs in cooperation with the SoundCzech agency.

He is mainly devoted to interviews, and his most famous guests included, among others, Adam Clayton (U2), Jason Newsted (ex-Metallica), Stewart Copeland (The Police), Richard Kruspe (Rammstein), Andrea Bocelli or Goran Bregović. In 2018 and 2019, when he worked as a culture reporter at Televizi Seznam, Slash, Kiss and Mike Shinoda (Linkin Park) also appeared.

He would describe himself as a passionate music lover. He is dedicated to running two music clubs, where he tries to bring unforgettable musical events. His work requires not only creativity but also a lot of effort and diligence to offer the best experience to guests. He started running music events recreationally 19 years ago and professionally 13 years ago at R-klub Chrudim and then Zlutý pes in Pardubice. At this moment, he has organized over 850 musical events as an operator and dramaturg.

She has been working in the industry for over 20 years, starting as a director for Fremantle Media Polska, directing TV Shows such as X-Factor, Idols, Poland's Got Talent. Since 2005 her major has focused on music supervising. She holds over 200 film and TV series credits for her name, including many awarded titles. Her education background from Polish National Film School in Łódź as well as musical background helps her to connect director's vision with composers talent.

Sync manager and A&R administrator at Global Records, one of the most prominent independent record labels in CEE. Andra has over 12 years of experience in several sectors of the music business including PR and communication, concert promotion, event organising (from music camps to music awards ceremonies and festivals), artist management, booking, A&R and sync. Some of the events include artists such as Placebo, The Hollywood Vampires, Slash, Metallica, etc.. She took part in organising and communicating Michael Bolton’s concert in Cairo in 2016. In the sync area she worked with clients such as Vodafone, Netflix, Sky TV Channel, About You, Amazon or Fashion Days. Andra has been working for the past 10 years as a PR Manager for East European Comic Con and in the last two years has been a part of the Beach, Please! team, the biggest urban festival in Europe, handling the soundcheck schedule. In 2023, she co-founded, together with Adina Popescu, Sync About It, the first 3 day conference and music camp in the CEE focused exclusively on music synchronization, which will take place in 19-21 February 2025 in Bucharest.

Paweł Drygas (PL)

Co-founder and artistic director of the wrOFFław showcase and manager of Klub Łącznik in Wrocław's Czasoprzestrzeń. He is so engrossed in the local music scene that he has written several academic papers on it and organized dozens of concerts promoting young musicians. His passion for music earned him a Minister's Scholarship for both his artistic and scientific activities. Graphic designer, sociologist and musician. Drummer of five Wroclaw bands: Francis Tuan, Katedra, Chwilantropia, Związki Maillarda and Panzerhund. He has played nearly 300 concerts, and this number is still growing.

Jakub Sadowski (PL)

Singer, songwriter, concert promoter, employee of KARROT KOMMANDO Concert and Publishing Agency for 10 years.
He has organised and co-organised several hundred concerts throughout Poland, as well as in a number of other countries, including the Czech Republic, Germany, Belarus, France, Scotland, England, Georgia and Japan.
On a daily basis, a member of the band Pablopavo i Ludziki. As Earl Jacob, author of two solo albums. In the past, vocalist of The Bartenders and Tisztelet Sound System.

Mateusz Sarapata (PL)

He is a music producer and educator, co-founder of the electronic duo SARAPATA. He has performed at top Polish festivals and composed music for films and theater. He teaches Ableton at OUTPOST School of Modern Music in Kraków.
Starting as a session percussionist, Mateusz fully realized his potential through samplers and sequencers. He played in WATAHA DRUMS for years and was introduced to music production through SALK. He has worked with artists like Paulina Przybysz, Marika, Lor, Jann, and Kiwi.
In his spare time, he creates remixes and visual art, enjoys cycling, and tries to find time for PlayStation.
